We went 3-4pm @6/24/26 and it was absolutely a blessing. It was heaven on earth. I had an absolutely fantastic time renting from them! The team provided truly excellent communication of safety, precautions, and security precautions from start to finish. They were hospitable, cordial, friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to be safe and have fun out on the water. The equipment was in top-notch condition, and their local tips made our day even better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy some time on the water. I will definitely be coming back. We had the BEST time renting a Tritoon boat with a tube at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Oconee! The whole process was seamless, from booking to getting out on the water, everything was handled so professionally and with a friendly touch. The boat was spotless, easy to operate, and so comfortable, and the tube added a whole new level of fun for the kids (and adults too!). All the staff from the valet guys to the boat operators made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for the lake and the picnic right after. We spent the day cruising, swimming, and tubing, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the highlight of our day, an experience we’ll definitely repeat next time we’re here. Highly recommend this rental if you want to make unforgettable memories at Lake Oconee!

The young men that set us up were fantastic and set us up nicely. They went through the boat settings and loaded us with some good boards. We had a great time until it was my wife’s turn to surf. The wave wouldn’t shift to the starboard side. The surf-gate button kept flashing, and the boat created a whitewash, unridable wave. My wife loves to surf and never had the chance. Upon arrival it was a casual “‘yeah that has been happening” boat needs to be serviced before rented out again.

From our very first phone call to the moment we returned the watercraft, the service at Young Harris Water Sports Lake Oconee was first-rate. Every person we spoke with was friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and prepared. They clearly explained how to operate the watercraft, where we could and could not go, and exactly how the return process would work. Their excellent communication and genuine kindness made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We will absolutely rent from them again!

YH is the only rental place we rent from. Good equipment and good people. Also, I got the damage waver this time due to the super busy/crazy 4th of July weekend just in case and had a minor accident. They were super cool and everything worked out great. Joey and his guys are wonderful.
